Please read the following statements to determine if your case applies for returns:
- Only DVDs & other physical merchandise (e.g., T-shirts) may be returned.
- Only items purchased within the last 60 days are eligible for return.
- Only unopened or damaged/defective items are eligible for return.

When making a return, please include your original packing slip OR provide your full name and order confirmation number with your returned item.
Upon receiving your item and verifying that it meets the criteria, we will refund you. Please allow up to 10 business days for returns to process.
