Mike Cooke
Master Mold Maker
About Mike
Mike "Mikey" Cooke is a self-taught mold maker and fabricator. He got his start in the Halloween industry working for companies such as Knott's Berry Farm and Universal Studios. He took the opportunity to learn a variety of trades, including prop fabrication.
When his former boss introduced him to the Stan Winston School courses, he decided he wanted to pursue mold making. After a few years honing his skills, he joined the team at Immortal Masks, which gave him the opportunity to test his abilities and deepen his understanding of the practice. Since mid 2026, he has been the staff shop mold department lead at the Disney parks.
