Bonny-Lynn Coté - Lead Enterprise Executive

Bonny-Lynn Coté came to Stan Winston School before its official launch as a student in the beta testing phase. A teacher in her own right, Bonny has spent 25 years in Cosmetology with 5 years as an instructor of the Art & Science of Cosmetology. A lifelong practical effects fan and dabbler, she read every makeup book she could get her hands on, becoming knowledgeable about the great makeup artists and their work. Stan Winston was a major influence in her life and career, as were Dick Smith, Rick Baker, Ray Harryhausen, and Tom Savini.

Bonny has been fortunate to work on music videos with director Justin Francis on Modest Mouse's "Little Motel," create creature effects for haunts, do traditional stage makeup and wig styling for 3 nationally televised documentaries, cabaret shows, fashion shows, jazz singer Al Jarreau, Richard O'Brien's "Rocky Horror Picture Show" and, most recently, author Sabrina Zackary for her book signing for the best-selling "Chicken Soup for the Soul: Reboot Your Life."

Bonny lives in Reno, Nevada with her boyfriend, his children, two cats, a dog and a hamster. She owns a hair salon, Studio Ten 14, with her best friend Ryan Barnes and has been having the time of her life doing her dream job for Stan Winston School. She loves to cook, garden, build things, do makeup and hair, read and will be pursuing her Bachelor's Degree in the fall of 2015 at the University of Nevada, Reno.
